Our New Meeting Venue
Our new meeting venue is the Embassy Suites by Hilton Tucson East at 6555 East Speedway, at Wilmot. This is highly rated hotel, and the staff have been very cooperative and accommodating.
The 2026 meeting will be held on Saturday February 7th, 2026 at 7:00 PM, doors to the ballroom will open at 6:00 PM. The general public is invited to the meeting and there will be a cash bar. When in Tucson, pick up a copy of the AAPS Guide to Fossil Dealers and Events, available at many of the Shows for details on the meeting and other events.
The Annual Meeting is held in conjunction with the nearly 35 different Tucson Fossil,Gem & Mineral Shows in February (at which new, grants, scholarships and awards are presented, and our annual banquet and auction are held).
